Shipping policy

1. General Information
Stravix ships orders within Italy. On this page, we explain how shipping works, what delivery times you can expect, and what to do in case of delivery issues. For questions about shipping or your order, please contact us at info@stravix.com.

2. Order Preparation (processing time)
After you place an order, we prepare it for shipment. On average, processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Delivery Times in Italy
The estimated delivery time in Italy is generally 7–13 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guarantee, as times may vary depending on transportation, sorting centers, and local delivery. In some cases, delivery may take longer, for example during peak seasons, due to weather conditions, or customs checks.

4. Courier and Delivery
For deliveries in Italy, delivery is usually handled by Poste Italiane (or a local partner for the final leg). In some cases, an alternative courier may be used for final delivery. The package is delivered to the address entered at checkout.

5. Tracking (track & trace)
Track & trace is included. After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow the delivery progress. Please note that tracking may only become visible after the initial scans and that during international transit, updates may arrive with some delay.

6. Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs (and any free shipping thresholds if active) are always clearly shown at checkout before payment. No extra costs are applied without being visible before completing the purchase.

7. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
Depending on the shipping route and origin, the package may be subject to customs procedures. Any duties, import VAT, or customs clearance costs requested by customs or the courier may be borne by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs procedures can affect delivery times.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please carefully check shipping details before confirming your order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or if the package is refused or not collected, this may cause delays, return to sender, or additional costs. In such situations, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee free re-shipment.

9. Transit Delays and Customs Clearance Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, peak seasons, weather conditions, strikes, security checks, or customs/clearance procedures. In any case, we will assist you with updates and inquiries if a shipment is unusually delayed.

10. Package Not Received or Lost
If tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately at info@stravix.com. If a shipment shows no updates for an extended period or is presumably lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and may request additional information. Once the situation is clarified, we will seek an appropriate solution.

11. Delivery Terms and Consumer Rights
We do our best to adhere to the stated times. In the EU, if no specific date has been agreed upon, delivery must occur within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed). If delivery is excessively delayed, please contact us at info@stravix.com to resolve the situation.
