1. General Information and Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every visit and purchase made through the Stravix online store. By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms. When we say "Stravix," "we," or "us," we mean Stravix; when we say "you," "customer," or "user," we mean the visitor or buyer.
2. Applicability and Hierarchy of Documents
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and contracts between you and Stravix. Other policies on the website, such as the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, are an integral part of these Terms. In case of conflict, more specific rules (e.g., those on returns) prevail over general ones.
3. Who Can Purchase
Our store is intended for consumers (B2C). You declare that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian. We may refuse or cancel orders if there are clear indications of abuse, fraud, or incorrect data.
4. Product Information and Availability
We strive to describe products, photos, colors, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, small differences may occur (e.g., due to screen settings or production batches). Availability may vary; if an item is no longer available, we will contact you and propose a solution (e.g., cancellation and refund).
5. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are as indicated on the website and at checkout. Any shipping costs are clearly shown before payment. Depending on the shipping route and origin, customs or courier services may apply additional costs (such as customs clearance fees). If these costs are not explicitly stated as included at checkout, they may be borne by the customer.
6. Orders and Contract Conclusion
When you place an order, you are submitting a purchase proposal. The contract is considered concluded when you receive the order confirmation or when we begin processing the order. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of obvious errors (e.g., a clearly incorrect price) or signs of fraud.
7. Payment
You can pay with the methods available at checkout, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe/Shopify Payments (including Shop Pay), and, where available, Bancontact and iDEAL. Payments are handled by external providers. We generally do not store full card details but receive payment status and transaction references to manage the order.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Our Shipping Policy applies to preparation times, estimated delivery times, tracking, and shipping conditions. Delivery occurs at the address entered at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of shipping data. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays, returns, or additional costs.
9. Transit Delays and Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, peak seasons, weather conditions, strikes, security checks, or customs procedures/clearance. In any case, we will assist you with updates and checks if a shipment is unusually delayed, and your legal rights remain valid in case of excessive delay or non-delivery.
10. Withdrawal and Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to withdrawal, returns, conditions, and refunds. These Terms do not limit your legal consumer rights. For the correct procedure (e.g., return request via email), follow the instructions in the return policy.
11. Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stravix.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it is often not possible to stop it. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery or use the return procedure.
12. Warranty and Conformity
You have the right to receive a product that conforms to what is reasonably expected. In case of a lack of conformity (e.g., manufacturing defect), you have legal rights to an appropriate solution according to applicable consumer regulations. These Terms do not limit such rights.
13. Proper Use of the Website and Prohibitions
It is not permitted to use the website for illegal purposes, fraud, deception, malware distribution, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the store. In case of abuse, we may limit access or cancel orders, in compliance with reasonableness and applicable regulations.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, presentations, and design) belongs to Stravix or their respective owners and is protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use such content without written authorization.
15. Liability
We are committed to keeping the website and services functional and secure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability in cases where the law does not allow it (e.g., willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise).
16. Force Majeure
If events beyond our reasonable control prevent or delay performance (e.g., logistical disruptions, strikes, government measures, customs, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions), this constitutes force majeure. In such cases, we will seek a reasonable solution, including any postponements or cancellations with refunds where appropriate.
17. Privacy and Cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the site, you may need to set cookie preferences via the banner.
18. Disputes, Applicable Law, and Competent Jurisdiction
Generally, Dutch law applies, to the extent permitted. If you are a consumer residing in Italy (or another EU country), you always retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, we invite you to first contact us at info@stravix.com to attempt an amicable solution. The European ODR platform was closed on July 20, 2025.
19. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms in case of operational or regulatory changes. The most recent version will always be available on the website with the "Last updated" date. Significant changes do not apply retroactively to orders already concluded.
